Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Broxton Lane Candle Co. is very appreciative of your business. We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied. We stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Please be aware, all sales are final. Broxton Lane Candle Co. does not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you received a faulty, defective, or damaged product, please contact us so we can remedy the situation. By choosing Priority Mail, your item will be insured for damage in transit. If you choose USPS Ground Select shipping, your damaged item will NOT be covered if damaged in transit. By choosing USPS Ground Select shipping, you are forfeiting damage replacement insurance. 

 

Damages  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us at BroxtonLaneCandleCo@gmail.com. We will ask that you file a claim with the carrier and once that is completed, we can offer reimbursement or replacement.  


Exchanges 

Broxton Lane Candle Co cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. 


Refunds
If your product was damaged in transit, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If you chose Priority Mail shipping, you will receive a replacement item. If you chose USPS Ground Select Parcel shipping, you will not receive a replacement item. By choosing Priority Mail, your paying for damage and loss insurance. Broxton Lane Candle Co is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Please purchase shipping insurance to ensure your packages are insured from damage or loss.
