PROCESSING
All orders are processed + shipped within 3-4 business days. We are currently unable to offer gift notes. We do not include order invoices in shipments, so gift recipients will not see your order's price.Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order is placed!

Broxton Lane Candle Co uses USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. This ensures tracking and insurance included with your package in the event it is lost or damaged. USPS Priority Mail is currently averaging 2-5 day transit times. If you opt for longer shipping time, Broxton Lane uses USPS Parcel Select Ground which does NOT include insurance for lost or damaged items in transit. By choosing this shipping option, you are agreeing to the terms that absolutely no refunds or replacements will be given with this shipping option. While we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products, damage from shipping companies does occur. Without insurance, there will be no refunds or replacement items sent.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you choose local pick up, you will receive an email when your order is ready. This email with provide all information regarding dates/times/location for pick up. Fulfilling local picks ups aligns with the shipping timelines, so please review those prior to ordering so you have an accurate anticipation of fulfillments. (Typically between 3-5 days of when the shipping phase begins.)
Broxton Lane Candle Co. will attempt to email you 3 times with prompts/reminders for local pick up. After the third email, you will have 14 days to respond. After 14 days, if there is no communication, Broxton Lane Candle Co will NOT refund your order. You agree to forfeit your order. No refunds or exchanges on local pick up orders. All sales are final.
